Though if I weren't too lazy to find the power cord for the digital camera, I would have digital snaps of meh paintings to put up. Guess maybe I should work on that.
Oh, and on the scanner software too. Gads, I'm lazy. And really, it's not like I'm actually doing anything besides occupying space on my couch...
Of course, the other possibility is to just wait until I am back in Amy's studio. Amy is the lovely lady who hath taught me photography. She also has a scanner that works with regular paper AND photo negatives. I can have more actual film pictures up! YAY.
It will also enable me to post scans of sketchbook things. Besides, she has Photoshop, which I also have yet to bother finding a free torrent to steal it from. But what can I say... I'm no good at internets, especially with a mac. I love my mac, don't get me wrong, but it's bothersome to download things for.
Anyway, my agenda consists of leaving on the 20th of June for the UK and returning August 14th. Loooooooong time gone, y'all. Or you, rather. It was quite exciting to find a comment from someone other than Jessi (but it's all my fault; I've barely anything of interest, and nothing shopped, which automatically situates me on the low end of dA), but unexpected, to say the least.
But still, yay for Scotland and England and France! Quite excited. I'll be traveling all by me onesies and going through Chicago's airport for the first time. And yeah, it's just an airport, but I've been through quite a few in my day, and it's always interesting passing through another one.
Especially since I'll be alone and rechecking baggage and whatnot. It's nothing new, but I expect to fluster myself for no reason anyway. It happens.
But maybe I'll power up the camera and post some artworks up here, yes? Add to my repertoire. I not only have paintings to add, but drawing projects galore. And then in England (since I doubt I'll take the initiative to scan here), I can run my sketchbook through her scanner and add in even more.
YAY. ART IS LOVE.
